I suppose I should be gratified to learn that this blog is so influential, but I can feel nothing but sadness at Amazon’s response to my post about Ass Meat Research Group and his co-authors Frozen Horse and Chilled and Frozen Hors the Fresh (formerly Chilled the Fresh). These authors’ names have been removed from all Amazon listings. I am so very glad that I saved the screenshot.

Well, that’s just downright tragic. :(
I guess influence can be as much a curse as it can a blessing.
Wow! We heterodox ass meat researchers are thrilled that “The Group” has finally been crushed under the weight of their own intellectual tyranny. Finally, maybe ass meat research will be able to break away from the same tired old set of assumptions.
They still carry at least one book by Chilled the Fresh. Who laid down some of the smoothest musical licks of the mid-00s, I might add.
Mitchell Porter: Shhhh. Don’t tell Amazon.
My favorite authors Preserved Vegetables and Frozen Crustaceans are way more prolific!
